剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫妊娠阴道分娩的评估分析被引量：1

摘要目的评估分析剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫妊娠阴道分娩的效果。方法选取剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫妊娠产妇229例,结合临床检查结果与产妇及其家属意愿,分为行阴道分娩试产组163例和直接剖宫产组66例。分析产妇妊娠及新生儿情况。结果 2组住院时间、产程时间、产后出血量、新生儿体质量及Apgar 1 min评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05); 2组产后出血率、细菌感染率、尿潴留率、新生儿窒息发生率及新生儿Apgar 1 min评分分布情况比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论针对满足条件的产妇,行剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫妊娠阴道分娩并不会提升相关不良事件发生风险,故可根据临床实际情况选择合适的分娩方式。
