摘要
大型公共建筑节能降耗已成为我国现阶段节能减排工作的重点,加强能耗管理、高效用能是国民经济和社会发展“十三五”计划的重要内容。近年来节能、环保、可持续发展的理念已深入人心,受到广泛重视和推广,卫生领域也提出绿色医院的理念。文章结合医院建设的特殊背景,对医院能耗监管系统的功能设置进行探讨。
Energy conservation and consumption reduction of large-scale public buildings has become the focus of energy conservation and emission reduction work in China at present.Strengthening energy consumption management and efficient energy use are important goals of the 13th Five-Year Plan for national economic and social development.In recent years,the concepts of energy conservation,environmental protection and sustainable development have been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and have been widely valued and promoted.The concept of green hospitals has also been put forward in the healthcare field.This paper discussed the function setting of the hospital energy consumption supervision system in combination with the special background of hospital construction.
