摘要
本文采用硝酸和高氯酸(10∶1)的混酸消解面制品试样,D113型树脂富集—电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定面制品中铝、镉、铅,考察了7种树脂在缓冲液体系中对面制品中Al、Cd、Pb元素的吸附性能。试验结果表明,D113型树脂在pH=7条件下,对Al、Cd、Pb元素回收率分别达98.9%、98.4%、93.9%。方法的检出限分别为Al0.0032mg/L,Cd0.0009mg/L,Pb0.0074mg/L,相对标准偏差小于5.9%,该方法可以用于面食品中Al、Cd、Pb元素的检测。
The adsorption capacity of seven resins for Al,Cd and Pb in flour products digested with nitric acid and perchloric acid(10:1)was investigated.Trace Al,Cd and Pb elements in the samples were determined by ICP-OES.The results showed that the recovery rates of Al,Cd and Pb were 98.9%,98.4%and 93.9%,respectively under the condition of pH=7.The detection limits of this method were Al 0.003 2 mg/L,Cd 0.000 9 mg/L,Pb 0.007 4 mg/L,respectively,and the relative standard deviation was less than 5.9%.This method could be used for the determination of Al,Cd and Pb in flour food.
