体验式教学对护理本科生人文关怀能力及评判性思维能力的影响 被引量:21

摘要 目的探究体验式教学对护理专业本科生人文关怀能力的培养和产生的作用,以及对评判性思维产生的影响。方法采用便利抽样的方法整群选取某高校护理学院2015级护理本科生2个班81名学生为对照组,2016级护理本科生2个班86名学生为试验的对象。在实际教学过程中,对照组采用传统的教学方式,试验采用体验式教学方式,观察比较两组护理本科生学期结束时人文关怀能力及评判性思维能力情况。结果干预前2组护理本科生人文关怀能力及评判性思维能力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后试验组护理本科生人文关怀能力及评判性思维能力均高于对照组(P<0.01)和干预前(P<0.01);对照组干预后护理本科生人文关怀能力高于干预前(P<0.01),而评判性思维能力干预前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论体验式教学法有助于提高护理本科生人文关怀能力和评判性思维能力,是一种较理想的基础护理学教学方法。 Objective To explore the effect of experiential teaching on humanistic care ability and critical thinking ability of nursing undergraduates.Methods Two classes of 81 nursing undergraduates in grade 2015 were selected as control group and two classes of 86 nursing undergraduates in grade 2016 were selected as experimental group by convenience sampling method.In the teaching of basic nursing,the traditional teaching method was used in the control group and the experiential teaching method was used in the experimental group.The ability of humanistic care and critical thinking at the end of the semester were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in humanistic care ability and critical thinking ability between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the ability of humanistic care and critical thinking of nursing undergraduates in the experimental group was higher than that before intervention(P<0.01) and control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the ability of humanistic care of nursing undergraduates in the control group was higher than that before intervention(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the ability of critical thinking between before and after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion Experiential teaching contributes to improve the humanistic care ability and critical thinking ability of nursing undergraduates.It is an ideal teaching method of basic nursing.
