摘要
大连凯特利催化工程技术有限公司开发的一种非贵金属催化剂,适用于含乙烯合成气中氧的脱除。考察反应温度、反应压力和空速对催化剂脱氧性能的影响,并进行1022h的稳定性测试实验,结果表明,该非贵金属催化剂可以有效脱除含乙烯合成气中的氧,满足脱氧指标要求。
One non-noble metal catalyst was developed by Dalian Catalytic Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd.,was suitable for oxygen removal from ethylene-containing syngas.The effects of reaction temperature,gas hourly space velocity and reaction pressure on oxygen removal efficiency were investigated.In addition,the results of 1 022 h stability test showed that this deoxidizer could effectively remove oxygen from the ethylene-containing syngas stream to meet requirements of deoxygenation.
