超薄玻璃应力测试及对退火工艺指导 被引量:4

摘要 采用美国Hinds公司的Exicor■GEN5进行超薄玻璃板板芯应力测试,利用测试结果指导超薄浮法玻璃退火工艺参数调整。退火工艺调整前超薄玻璃的南、中、北应力分布不均匀,同一玻璃板面的3个样品,光程差相差较大;退火工艺调整后超薄玻璃的南、中、北应力分布均匀,同一玻璃板面的3个样品应力分布状态基本一致。结果表明:通过测量超薄浮法玻璃板芯应力,分析应力分布状态,对超薄玻璃生产调整退火参数起指导作用。 The stress of ultra-thin glass plate core was test by using Exicor■GEN5 from Hinds Company of the United States.The test results were used to guide the adjustment of annealing parameters of the ultra-thin float glass.The stress distributions in the south,middle and north areas of the ultra-thin glass were not uniform before the adjustment of annealing process.The three samples from different areas of the same glass plate had a large fluctuation in optical path difference.However,the stress distributions of the south,middle and north area of the ultra-thin glass plate were basically the same after the adjustment of annealing process.The results show that through analysis of the stress distribution status by measuring the core stress of ultra-thin float glass,the guidance of adjustment of annealing parameters in ultra-thin glass production can be achieved.
