基于抗挤强度及表皮因子的割缝筛管参数优化 被引量:4

摘要 针对割缝筛管参数优化问题,提出应综合考虑筛管抗挤强度及表皮因子进行多目标优化。利用有限元数值模拟方法建立了筛管抗挤强度模型,采用割缝筛管表皮因子模型表征油井生产效率。利用抗挤强度模型及表皮因子模型对缝形进行了优选,在缝形优选的基础上进行了缝宽、缝长及缝密对抗挤强度和表皮因子的影响规律分析;采用响应曲面设计方法,得到不同影响参数与抗挤强度、表皮因子之间的多元回归方程;基于多目标优化方法,以筛管最大抗挤强度、最小表皮因子为优化目标,建立了割缝筛管优化设计模型,得出了高抗挤强度、低表皮因子的割缝参数的最优组合。多目标优化结果表明:选择大缝宽和小缝长或小缝宽和大缝长组合以及高缝密、小间隔的筛管有较好的抗挤性能和过流性能。研究结果对延长筛管寿命和保证油气井的安全生产具有重要意义。 In order to optimize the parameters of the slotted screen, it is proposed to comprehensively consider the collapse strength of the screen and the production efficiency of the well.The finite element numerical simulation method was used to establish the collapse strength model of the slotted screen.The slotted screen skin factor model was used to characterize the production efficiency of the well.The collapse strength model and the skin factor model were used to optimize the slot shape, based on which the influences of the slot width, the slot length and the slot density on the skin factor were analyzed.The response surface design method was used to obtain the multivariate regression equations between different influencing parameters and collapse strength and skin factor.Based on the multi-objective optimization method, taking the maximum collapse strength and minimum skin factor of the screen as optimization targets, the optimal design model of the slotted screen was established.The optimal parameters leading to high collapse strength and low skin factor was derived.The results showed that, the screen tube featuring large slot width with small slot length or small slot width with large slot length combined with high slot density and small interval has better collapse strength and overflowing performance.The study is of great significance for improving the screen tube service life and ensuring the safe production of oil and gas wells.
