西藏沙棘属3种植物光合特性及光响应曲线拟合研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究西藏沙棘属植物光合特性及光响应曲线规律,以云南沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.Yunnanensis)、江孜沙棘(Hippophae gyantsensis)和肋果沙棘(Hippophae neurocarpa)一年实生苗为材料,利用Li-6400便携式光合仪测定西藏3种沙棘属植物Pn、Gs、Ci和Tr等光合参数,应用直角双曲线、非直角双曲线、指数和直角双曲线修正4种模型对西藏3种沙棘属植物光合参数进行拟合,筛选西藏3种沙棘属植物的最佳拟合模型,并对光合能力进行比较。结果表明:直角双曲线修正模型拟合出的决定系数最高(R2=0.999),可拟合出光抑制现象,为拟合最佳模型;3种沙棘属植物Gs和Tr随PAR的增加呈上升趋势,Ci呈下降趋势;云南沙棘Pnmax、α、Ic、WUE和CE均最大、Ci最小,利用弱光的能力最强;肋果沙棘生长耗水多,节水能力和抗旱性弱。3种沙棘属植物中,云南沙棘可用于干旱半干旱地区造林树种。 In order to study the photosynthesis characteristics and light response curves of Hippophae rhamnoides subsp. Yunnanensis, Hippophae gyantsensis and Hippophae neurocarpa, portable photosynthetic apparatus Li-6400 was used to determine the photosynthesis parameters of Pn, Gs, Ci and Tr of three species of Hippophae rhamnoides in Tibet. The photosynthetic parameters of three species of Hippophae in Tibet were studied using four models of right angle hyperbolic, non-orthogonal hyperbolic, exponential and right angle hyperbolic correction. Screening the best fitting models of three species of Hippophae in Tibet, the photosynthesis ability was compared. The results showed that the right-angle hyperbolic correction model had the highest coefficient of determination (R^2=0.999 ), which fitted the light suppression phenomenon and fit the best model. The Gs and Tr of three species of Hippophae increased with the increase of PAR, and Ci decreased. The Pnmax, a, Ic, WUE and CE of Hippophae rhamnoides subsp. Yunnanensis were the largest, Ci was the smallest, and the ability to use weak light was the strongest.The growth of Hippophae neurocarpa was more water-consuming. Water saving capacity and drought resistance were weak. Among the three species of Hippophae rhamnoides, Yunnan seabuckthorn can be used for afforestation in arid and semi-arid areas.
