摘要
为了完善阿里狮泉河秀丽水柏枝的种子繁育技术,探索其种子萌发的最适条件,本文以采自阿里地区秀丽水柏枝种子为研究对象,通过实验室内不同环境条件的对比发芽试验,研究其在不同水温浸泡、发芽温度、光照条件、赤霉素浓度等处理条件下的萌发特性。结果表明:秀丽水柏枝种子的最适发芽温度为25℃,温度过低,种子萌发速度较慢,温度过高,也不利于秀丽水柏枝种子的萌发。在30℃的温水浸泡下,秀丽水柏枝种子的发芽率和发芽势均达到最大。低浓度赤霉素浸种可在一定程度上促进秀丽水柏枝种子的萌发,而相对较高浓度的赤霉素则不利于种子萌发,光照可以在一定程度上提高秀丽水柏枝种子的发芽率和发芽势。
In order to improve the seed breeding technology and explore the optimum conditions for seed germination, this paper studied the germination characteristics of Myricaria elegans seeds collected from Ali area under different water temperature, germination temperature, light condition and gibberellin concentration by comparing germination experiments in laboratory. The results showed that the optimum temperature for seed germination was 25℃, and too low temperature, slow germination speed and too high temperature were not conducive to seed germination. The germination rate and germination potential of Myricaria elegans seeds reached the maximum when soaked in warm water at 30℃. Soaking seeds with low concentration of gibberellin promoted seed germination of Myricaria elegans to a certain extent, while relatively high concentration of gibberellin was not conducive to seed germination. Illumination can improve the germination rate and germination potential of Myricaria elegans seeds to a certain extent.
