摘要
目的探讨药物罐缓解毒蛇咬伤所致肢体肿痛的效果。方法选取200例毒蛇咬伤患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组给予普通玻璃罐拔罐联合双黄蛇伤散外敷;观察组给予药物罐拔罐联合双黄蛇伤散外敷。比较两组患肢疼痛情况、患肢肿胀情况及不良反应。结果观察组患者视觉疼痛模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组疼痛完全消退时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。观察组患者患肢周径均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组肿胀完全消退时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论双黄蛇伤散药物罐可有效缓解毒蛇咬伤所致肢体肿痛,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of medicinal cupping with Shuanghuang Snakebite Powder on limb swelling and pain caused by venomous snakebite.Methods 200 patients with venomous snakebite were divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated by common cupping combined with external application of Shuanghuang snakebite powder,while the observation group was given to medicinal cupping combined with external application of Shuanghuang snakebite powder.The pain,swelling and adverse reactions of affected limbs were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,complete pain resolution time of the observation group was significantly shorter(P<0.05).The affected limb circumference of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the complete swelling resolution time of the observation group was significantly shortened(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion Medicinal cupping with Shuanghuang snakebite powder can effectively relieve the limb swelling and pain caused by venomous snakebite,which is worthy of clinical application.
