摘要
以医学教育中的仪式为研究对象,综述相关文献,阐释医学教育仪式的内涵,比较四类常见的医学教育仪式异同点,探讨了医学教育仪式中蕴含的文化内涵,并将其对培育医师专业精神的意义具体概括为三个方面:情感教育、身份认同、文化传承,三者互相关联,层层递进,涵盖了个人、社会及文化层面,在帮助医学生及医护人员顺利度过医学教育中各个转折点和重要阶段起到了重要的作用。并指出目前医学教育仪式中存在的三个共性问题:流于形式、效果时限短、形式单一。
Taking rituals in medical education as the research object,this paper summarizes the related literatures,explains the connotation of medical education rituals,and compares the similarities and differences of four kinds of common medical education rituals.The cultural connotation contained in medical education rituals is discussed,and its significance for cultivating physician professionalism is summarized in three aspects:emotional education,identity and cultural inheritance.They are interrelated and progressive gradually,cover the individual,social and cultural dimensions.It plays an important role in various turning points and important stages of helping medical students as well as medical staff in medical education/learning.It also points out three common problems in the current medical education rituals:mere formality,limited effects,and single form.
