摘要
本文采用流变相法合成了碳包覆改性的LiMn0.5Fe0.5PO4/C锂离子电池正极材料。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段,比较和分析了柠檬酸、酒石酸、月桂酸三种碳源对材料结构、形貌的影响。结果表明,以柠檬酸为碳源合成的LiMn0.5Fe0.5PO4/C是由一次颗粒极小的纳米粒子组成的微纳结构聚集体,具有极高达48.32m2g-1的比表面积。
In this study,the carbon coated materials LiMn0.5Fe0.5PO4/C used as cathode of lithium ion battery were synthesized by rheological phase method.The effects of citric acid,tartaric acid and lauric acid respectively as carbon sources on the structure,morphology and electrochemical performance of the materials were compared and analyzed,according to means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Results demonstrate that the LiMn0.5Fe0.5PO4/C synthesized by citric acid as carbon source displays micro-nano aggregate structure composed of very small primary nanoparticles,which provides a very high specific surface area of 48.32 m2 g-1.
