摘要
为了解决矩阵变换器共模电压对电机系统造成负面影响的问题,本文提出了两种改进的间接空间矢量调制方法:第1种是在矩阵变换器的高调制系数范围内,通过利用3个相邻的有效矢量来合成整流部分的参考电流;第2种是在低调制系数范围内,利用两个间隔的有效矢量和1个合适的零矢量来合成参考电流,并且这两种方法的逆变部分都不使用任何零矢量。该调制方法与传统调制方法相比,不仅将共模电压的峰值降到输入电压幅值的√3/3倍,而且还降低了逆变部分的开关损耗。通过仿真和实验证实了这两种调制方法的有效性。
To solve the problem that the common-mode voltage of a matrix converter has a negative effect on the motor system,two improved indirect space vector modulation methods are proposed in this paper. The first method is to synthesize the reference current on the rectifier stage by using three adjacent active vectors in the high modulation index range of the matrix converter. The second method is to synthesize the reference current by using active vectors in two intervals and a suitable zero vector in the low modulation index range. In addition,the inverter stage of the two modulation methods does not use any zero vector. Compared with the traditional modulation method,the modulation methods proposed in this paper not only reduce the peak value of the common-mode voltage to √3/3times of the input voltage amplitude,but also reduce the switching loss on the inverter stage. The effectiveness of these two modulation methods was verified through simulation and experimental results.
