摘要
目的通过企业微信对内加强管理提升工作效率,微信对外优化医疗服务和宣传方式。方法应用现代信息技术手段,将微信和企业微信与医院信息系统有机地结合起来,实现信息的共享与功能的交叉融合。结果对外提升服务质量,优化就医流程,节约就医时间,增强宣传力度;对内加强管理,方便沟通,提高工作效率。结论基于企业微信是医院提升医疗服务品质和内部管理的有效途径。
Objective To improve work efficiency by strengthening internal management of enterprise Wechat, and optimize service and publicity mode of enterprise Wechat. Methods By using modern information technology, Wechat and Enterprise Wechat were organically combined with Hospital Information System(HIS) to realize the cross-integration of information sharing and functions. Results In this study, external service quality was improved, medical process was optimized, medical time was saved,and publicity was strengthened. Conclusion Enterprise Wechat is an effective way for hospitals to improve the quality of medical services and internal management.
