摘要
传统有色金属冶金技术不仅存在冶炼流程相对较长、资源消耗过高等缺陷,且在冶炼过程会造成一定的环境污染,为了解决这一问题,本文对有色金属真空冶金的技术进行详细分析。其技术主要通过有色金属真空还原、有色金属真空熔炼、真空蒸馏与精炼、真空烧结、真空脱气与热处理以及真空镀膜等步骤,在各个步骤中根据所需要生产的合金的种类与用途,从而选择最佳冶炼方法。有色金属真空冶金技术有着更好的技术优势与更加广阔的发展前景。
Traditional non-ferrous metallurgical technology not only has the shortcomings of relatively long smelting process and high resource consumption,but also causes certain environmental pollution in the smelting process.In order to solve this problem,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the non-ferrous metal vacuum metallurgical technology.Its technology mainly includes vacuum reduction of non-ferrous metals,vacuum melting of non-ferrous metals,vacuum distillation and refining,vacuum sintering,vacuum degassing and heat treatment,and vacuum coating.In each step,the best smelting method is selected according to the types and uses of the alloys to be produced.Nonferrous metal vacuum metallurgy technology has better technical advantages and broader development prospects.
