摘要
冶金工业是现代工业的基础,在国民经济发展过程中起着基石作用,随着技术进步,冶金工业已经具备较大规模。同时,由于冶金生产过程具有高温、高压等特征,必须对安全生产给予高度重视。压力管道作为冶金企业生产过程中的必备设备,必须高度重视其安全性,本文主要介绍了压力设备常见裂纹与腐蚀两种缺陷及其防控措施。
Metallurgical industry is the foundation of modern industry and plays a cornerstone role in the development of national economy.With the progress of technology,metallurgical industry has a larger scale.At the same time,due to the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure in metallurgical production process,great attention must be paid to safety in production.As a necessary equipment in the production process of metallurgical enterprises,the safety of pressure pipeline must be highly valued.This paper mainly introduces the common cracks and corrosion defects of pressure equipment and their prevention and control measures.
