摘要
目的探讨低强度脉冲超声波联合壮骨伸筋胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效及对关节滑液中IL-1β和VEGF水平影响。方法选择2017年5月~2018年5月在我院骨科康复门诊120例KOA患者,按采用随机数字法原则将患者随机分为对照组、观察组1、观察组2和观察组3,每组各30例;对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊口服,观察组1组给予低强度脉冲超声波治疗,观察组2给予壮骨伸筋胶囊口服,观察组3给予低强度脉冲超声波联合壮骨伸筋胶囊口服;比较四组疗效及关节滑液中IL-1β和VEGF浓度变化。结果四组总有效率有显著差异(χ^2=30.67,P<0.01);治疗后四组关节滑液中IL-1β和VEGF浓度差异有统计学意义(F=5.43、5.60,P<0.01)。结论低强度脉冲超声波联合壮骨伸筋胶囊能显著提高疗效,显著降低关节滑液中IL-1β和VEGF水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound combined with Zhuanggu Shenjin capsule on knee osteoarthritis and its effect on IL-1βand VEGF levels in synovial fluid of joint.Methods A total of 120 patients with KOA in the orthopedic rehabilitation clinic in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group,observation group 1,observation group 2 and observation group 3,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given ibuprofen sustained-release capsules orally.The observation group 1 group was given low-intensity pulsed ultrasound treatment.The observation group 2 was given Zhuanggu Shenjin capsule orally.The observation group 3 was given low-intensity pulsed ultrasound treatment and Zhuanggu Shenjin capsule orally.The effects of 4 groups and the changes of IL-1βand VEGF in synovial fluid were compared.Results There were significant differences in the total effective rate between the four groups(χ^2=30.67,P<0.01).There were significant differences in the concentrations of IL-1βand VEGF in the synovial fluid between the four groups after treatment(F=5.43,5.60,P<0.01).Conclusion Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound combined with Zhuanggu Shenjin capsule can significantly improve the efficacy and significantly reduce the levels of IL-1βand VEGF in synovial fluid.
