摘要
目的探讨宫腔三维超声(3D-TVS)与宫腔负性造影对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值,为患者的临床诊断提供指导。方法选取我院2017年6月~2018年9月间疑诊的子宫内膜息肉95例进行研究。对95例患者分别进行宫腔三维超声、宫腔三维超声联合宫腔负性造影检查,宫腔镜病理作为检查的标准,并分析宫腔三维超声与宫腔负性造影对子宫内膜息肉的价值。结果宫腔三维诊断的敏感度为85.71%、特异度为72.73%、准确率为84.21%;宫腔三维超声与宫腔负性造影联合诊断敏感度96.43%、特异度81.82%、准确率94.74%,两组数据差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔三维超声联合宫腔负性造影对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值显著高于单独采用宫腔三维超声,为患者早期诊治提供有效依据。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of uterine cavity three-dimensional ultrasound(3D-TVS)and uterine cavity negative angiography for endometrial polyps,and to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis of patients.Methods 95 cases of suspected endometrial polyps from June 2017 to September 2018 were selected.95 patients underwent uterine cavity three-dimensional ultrasound,uterine cavity three-dimensional ultrasound combined with uterine cavity negative angiography,respectively.Hysteroscopic pathology was used as the standard for examination.The values of uterine cavity three-dimensional ultrasound and uterine cavity negative angiography in endometrial polyps were analyzed.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy rate of three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of uterine cavity were 85.71%,72.73%and 84.21%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy rate of uterine cavity three-dimensional ultrasound combined with uterine cavity negative angiography were 96.43%,81.82%,and 94.74%,and the difference between the two groups of data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of uterine cavity three-dimensional ultrasound combined with uterine cavity negative angiography for endometrial polyps is significantly higher than that of uterine cavity three-dimensional ultrasound alone,which provides an effective basis for early diagnosis and treatment.
