摘要
为了适应现代汽车生产企业中,对冲压生产线的智能化、准确化、标准化、柔性化的要求,提出了一种采用机器人自动化冲压生产线的自动化生产系统,该系统利用工业以太网进行通信,将自动生产线的自动上料、拆垛、双料检测等12道工艺流程之间建立有效的信息网络,使得生产线的工作效率提高,经过生产现场的初步试验,可以满足现代化新能源汽车企业车身外覆盖件冲压自动化生产的要求,大大降低了人力成本,提高了生产效率。
The automobile stamping automation production line needs to meet the requirements of intelligence and automation. According to the requirements of product competitiveness and economic benefit of new energy automobile enterprises, this paper proposes an automated production system using robotic automatic stamping production line, which uses industrial ethernet for communication, establishing an effective information network among 12 processes of automatic feeding, unloading and double material inspection of the automatic production line, so that the working efficiency of the production line is improved, and it can meet the automatic production of stamping of the outer cover of modern new energy automobile enterprises.
