摘要
DCS控制系统已经广泛应用于火力发电厂,其可靠性、网络实时性等是火力发电厂能够正常运行的根本保障。DCS系统的软硬件故障会影响电厂运行的效率,甚至使机组停机,造成严重经济损失。本文从越南沿海一期工程实际出发,从发现DCS控制器出现故障,到逐步分析引起控制器故障的各种因素,最后找到故障原因并成功解决问题,为以后在工程建设过程中避免出现类似问题提供借鉴的经验。
DCS control system is widely used in thermal power plant, its reliability, and network instantaneity are essential guarantees for normal operation of the power plant. The failure of hardware and software of DCS system affects the efficiency of the power plant, and even shutdown the unit, which causes serious economy lost. Based on the practice of Duyen hai 1 project, this paper finds out the failure of DCS controller, and analyzes the factors that cause the controller fault, finally finds the cause of failure and solves the problem successfully, so as to provide reference experience for engineering construction in the future.
