摘要
针对突发地质灾害,为避免应急救援过程中二次灾害的发生,本文提出了一种远程非接触的测量方式开展地质灾害的应急监测预警,保障应急救援人员的生命安全。本文介绍了地基雷达干涉测量的工作原理,以陕西山阳、白河滑坡应急测绘为例进行了案例分析,研究了地基雷达干涉测量中监测点目标位置确定、大气环境改正等关键性技术,展望了地基雷达干涉测量技术在今后应急测绘中的应用。
In order to avoid the occurrence of secondary disasters in the process of emergency rescue for sudden geological hazards, this paper proposes a remote non-contact measurement method to carry out emergency monitoring and provide early warning of geological hazards to ensure the life safety of rescue team. This paper introduces the working principle of ground-based radar interferometry, takes the Shanyang and Baihe Landslide emergency mapping in Shaanxi Province as an example, discusses the key technologies of target location determination and atmospheric environment correction in ground-based radar interferometry, prospect the ground-based radar interferometry technology application of emergency mapping in the future.
