摘要
开源WebGIS软件Cesium能够提供二、三维一体化的时空数据展示与管理功能,在轻量级GIS应用场景下为地理信息的展示与分析提供了一个低成本、易共享的解决方案。本文基于Oracle数据库与Cesium平台,采用Echarts、WebService和Ajax等网络编程技术,设计开发了面向南中国海区域海上石油平台的信息管理系统。该系统提供了油样定位、平台查询、采样统计、周边搜索等功能,通过接入国家海洋局南海环境监测中心的溢油分析鉴别业务流程,将常用的数据处理操作网络化,实现了石油设施和油指纹信息的可视化管理。
The open source WebGIS software Cesium provides two or three-dimensional integration of spatio-temporal data display and management capabilities. Based on the Oracle database and the GIS technology, this paper developed a set of South China Sea oil platform information system based on WebGIS which using standard HTML5 language, Echarts, Web Service and Cesium basic geography operation technology. The system will embed commonly used data processing operations in the Internet, to achieve visual management of oil facilities and oil fingerprint information, including oil sample positioning, platform query, sampling statistics, peripheral search and other functions. It has stable running, simple operation and low cost, which can meet the basic requirements of the environmental monitoring and management department.
