摘要
中职学校是工匠精神传承的重要渠道,笔者作为中职数控专业班级的班主任,从本校一体化教学、实训课程教学等方面改革进行探究,以期实现让学生在校期间练就精湛的技艺,受到企业文化熏陶。不仅能够很好地完成教学课程标准的要求,还能够实现工匠精神的有效渗透。
The secondary vocational school is an important channel for the inheritance of craftsman's spirit. As the class teacher of the NC major in the secondary vocational school, the author explores the reform of the integrated teaching and practical training course of the school, so as to realize the objective of enabling students to practice their exquisite skills in school and be influenced by corporate culture. It is also hoped that it cannot only fulfill the requirements of the teaching curriculum standards, but also realize the effective infiltration of the craftsman's spirit.
