摘要
目的 探讨NICU住院的早产儿父母感知需求及相关因素。方法 选择2018年2月~7月我院NICU接受治疗的早产儿父母120例作为研究对象。采用一般情况调查表、特殊儿童需求评估量表汉化版及社会支持评定量表进行调查。结果 本研究共发放问卷120份,回收问卷117份,有效回收率为97.50%。特殊儿童需求评估量表平均得分为(54.33±11.07)分。单因素分析结果显示,胎龄、胎儿体重、家属性别、文化程度、家庭月收入、居住地、工作状况及社会支持与NICU住院的早产儿父母感知需求显著相关(P<0.05)。经Logistic多因素回归分析结果显示,胎龄、家属性别、文化程度、居住地和社会支持为NICU住院的早产儿父母感知需求的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 NICU住院的早产儿父母感知需求处于中等水平,与胎龄、家属性别、文化程度、居住地和社会支持有关,临床上应注意对上述因素进行干预。
Objective To explore the parents' perceived needs and related factors of premature infants hospitalized in NICU. Methods A total of 120 parents of premature infants who were treated in our hospital from February to July 2018 were enrolled. The questionnaire was used to conduct research. The questionnaire included: a self-made general survey, a special edition of the Special Needs Assessment Scale, and a Social Support Rating Scale. Results A total of 120 questionnaires were distributed in this survey, of which 117 were valid questionnaires, and the recovery rate was 97.50%.The average score of the Special Child Needs Assessment Scale (54.33±11.07). Univariate analysis showed that gestational age, fetal weight, family gender, education level, family monthly income, residence, working status and social support were significantly correlated with the perceived needs of parents of NICU hospitalized preterm infants (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gestational age, family gender, education level, residence and social support were independent factors influencing the parental awareness of preterm infants hospitalized in NICU (P<0.05). Conclusion The parents' perceived needs of premature infants enrolled in NICU are at a moderate level, which was related to gestational age, family status, education level, residence and social support. Clinical consideration should be given to intervere in these factors.
