摘要
首先,从经济、生产、环境、科技四个维度构建山东地区海洋经济可持续发展指标体系;然后,基于2006年到2015年中国海洋统计年鉴数据,选择熵值法和主成分分析法组合赋权,运用CISD模型分析山东地区海洋经济可持续发展能力;最后,结果表明:经济和科技维度可持续发展能力持续上升、生产维度可持续发展能力整体稳中求升趋势、环境维度可持续发展能力波动较大、山东地区海洋经济可持续发展能力呈上升趋势。
The sustainable development index system of marine economy in Shandong Province is constructed from the four dimensions of economy,production,environment and science and technology.The index is selected by the method of maximal and small deviation,and the index dimension is tested by Cronbach coefficient method.Based on the data of China Ocean Statistical Yearbook from 2006 to 2015,the entropy method and principal component analysis method are combined to make the weight,and the CISD model is used to analyze the sustainable development capability of the marine economy in Shandong.The results show that the sustainable development capability of the economic and technological dimensions continues to rise;the sustainable development capability of the production dimension is generally stable and rising;the environmental dimension sustainable development capability fluctuates greatly;the sustainable development capability of the marine economy in Shandong is on the rise.
