摘要
作为冷链物流产业发展的重要支撑,冷库制冷系统的规范化建设至关重要,其不仅有助于冷库系统能源消耗的合理控制,更对于物品冷冻保存质量提升具有重大影响。文章结合天津陆路港大型物流冷库项目建设实际,在分析物流冷库制冷系统设计要点的基础上,对其制冷系统的工作原理进行系统分析,并指出物流冷库制冷系统中化霜结构的优化内容。以期有利于物流冷库制冷系统的标准化、规范化建设,继而在提升物流冷库运行效率的同时,实现冷链物流产业的进一步发展。
As an important support for the development of cold chain logistics industry, the standardized construction of cold storage refrigeration system is very important, which is not only conducive to the reasonable control of energy consumption of cold storage system, but also has a significant impact on the quality of cryopreservation. Combined with the construction practice of large logistics cold storage project in Tianjin land port, and on the basis of analyzing the key points of refrigeration system design of logistics cold storage, this paper makes a systematic analysis on the working principle of its refrigeration system. The optimization content of defrosting structure in the refrigeration system of logistics cold storage is pointed out, in order to facilitate the standardization and standardization of logistics cold storage refrigeration system, and then improve the operation efficiency of logistics cold storage, at the same time, realize the further development of cold chain logistics industry.
