摘要
目前,转化医学作为一门新兴的多学科交叉的学科,促进了医学事业的快速发展,但我国的转化医学在发展中仍存在许多亟待解决的问题。复合型医学人才培养对转化医学发展十分重要,作者重点从培养意义、培养困境和解决策略几个方面详细的介绍转化医学研究生培养的问题。
Translation medicine is an emerging new research area comprising multidisciplinary research,and it has promoted the rapid development of medicine. But,there are still many problems need to be solved in China’s translational medicine. The cultivation of compound medical talents is very important to the development of translational medicine. This paper will focus on the cultivation of postgraduates in translational medicine,including the aspects of training significance,training dilemma and solution strategy.
