摘要
目的建立离子色谱法同时测定饮用水中五种消毒副产物亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐、溴酸盐、二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸的方法。方法采用氢氧根淋洗系统,选用IonPac AS19阴离子分析柱,电导检测器检测饮用水中的五种消毒副产物。结果在8～45 mmol/L KOH梯度淋洗,流速0.80 ml/min,柱温25℃,进样体积500μl条件下,亚氯酸盐和氯酸盐在0～1.50 mg/L,溴酸盐、二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸在0～0.15 mg/L范围内线性良好,5种消毒副产物精密度高(RSD<3.0%)。各组分相关系数0.999 5～0.999 9,回收率90.0%～100.6%;方法最低检出限在0.199～1.25μg/L。结论离子色谱法适用于饮用水中消毒副产物亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐、溴酸盐、二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸的同时检测。
Objective To develop a method for simultaneous determination of five by-products of disinfectants in drinking water using ion chromatography. Methods The levels of five by-products of chlorite, chlorate, bromated, dichloroacetate and trichloroacetate in drinking water were simultaneously determined by suppressed conductivity detector connected to the IonPac AS19 analytical column based on hydroxyl leaching system. Results There was a decent linear relation with high analytical precision(RSD<3.0%) in the range of 0~1.50 mg/L for chlorite and chlorate, 0~0.15 mg/L for bromated, dichloroacetate, and trichloroacetate under the condition of gradient eluent of 8~45 mmol/L KOH, flow rate of 0.80 ml/min, column temperature of 25 ℃ and the sample injection of 500 μl.The correlation coefficient of five by-products ranged between 0.999 5 to 0.999 9.The recovery rate was from 90.0% to 100.6%.The detection limit was within the range of 0.199 μg/L to 1.25 μg/L. Conclusions Ion chromatography can be used for the simultaneous detection of chlorite, chlorate, bromated, dichloroacetate and trichloroacetate in drinking water with high accuracy.
