摘要
针对唐钢一钢轧厂150 t LF炉外精炼冶炼工艺进行系统性研究并进行优化,通过优化LF炉外精炼脱氧工艺、推行LF炉快速冶炼工艺、提升LF终点成分控制能力、改进创新钙处理工艺等一系列改进关键工艺技术措施的实施与集成,唐钢一钢轧厂LF炉外精炼工艺得到全面优化与改进,最大程度的发掘了LF炉外精炼的潜力,提高了钢水质量,为以后生产高品质钢打下扎实的基础。
Systematic research and optimization of 150 t LF out-of-furnace refining and smelting process in No.1 steel rolling plant of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company were carried out. By optimizing LF out-of-furnace refining and deoxidizing process, implementing LF fast smelting process, enhancing LF end-point composition control capability,and improving innovative calcium treatment process, a series of key technological measures were implemented and integrated to improve LF out-of-furnace refining process in No.1 steel rolling plant of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company. The potential of LF out-of-furnace refining is explored to the greatest extent by surface optimization and improvement, and the quality of steel is improved, which lays a solid foundation for the production of high quality steel in the future.
