摘要
研究了BR中性酶的软化工艺,通过对獭兔皮软化效果的分析,确定了该酶软化时的最佳工艺条件。试验所得獭兔皮最适软化工艺为:温度35℃,软化pH值7.0,酶用量1.0g/L,作用时间4h在优化后的工艺条件下得到的兔皮纤维间质被有效去除,胶原纤维得到合理分散,皮板柔软且不掉毛,表明新工艺是切实可行的。
The bating process of BR neutral enzyme was studied. By analyzing the bating effect of rex rabbit skin , the optimum condition of the bating process of BR neutral enzyme was determined. The optimum bating process of rex rabbit skin is as follows: the temperature at 35℃, soften pH is 7. 0,the enzyme dosage is 1.0 g/L, and the effecting time is 4 h. Under the optimized process conditions, the rabbit skin fiber is effectively removed, the collagen fiber is reasonably dispersed , the skin is soft and without hair loss, which show that the new technology is feasible.
