双侧颈总动脉分叉处上皮样血管内皮瘤一例 被引量：4

Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma at the bifurcation of the bilateral common carotid artery:a case report

摘要 报道1例54岁女性、双侧颈总动脉分叉处上皮样血管内皮瘤患者。发现右侧颈部肿物13年,增大2个月,无其他症状。B超:双侧颈动脉分叉处均示低回声团块,内血流信号较丰富;颈部CT平扫病灶均匀略低密度,动脉期病灶均匀明显强化,静脉期强化幅度降低,颈内、外动脉呈"杯口样改变";颈部MR:病灶T1WI均匀低信号,T2WI均匀高信号,DWI高信号。病理:上皮样血管内皮瘤。
