胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者的术前术后护理方法被引量：8

摘要目的探析胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者的术前术后的护理措施及效果。方法抽选2017年1月至2018年1月在本院接受胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔治疗的64例患者。依据入院顺序分为对照组与观察组两组(n=32)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施术前、术后优质护理。对比两组的护理情况。结果观察组患者经术前、术后优质护理后,护理满意度超过90%,为93.75%,显著高于对照组的65.63%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组、并发症发生率低于对照组(12.50%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者实施优质的术前术后护理可促进机体的康复,提高护理质量,使患者得到优质的护理服务。
