摘要 肉制品从生产到消费需要经过诸多环节,肉制品产、销全过程监督管理对质量安全尤为重要。基于肉制品供应链研究、系统需求分析,结合软件工程设计思想,完成了基于RFID技术的肉制品质量安全管理系统的设计与开发,实现了肉制品的全过程的有效监控。 Meat products need to go through many links from production to consumption. The supervision and management of the whole process of meat products production and marketing is particularly important for quality and safety of the meat products. According to the research of meat product supply chain, system requirement analysis and a software engineering design idea, a design and development of internal product quality and safety management system was developed based on RFID technology to realize the effective monitoring of the whole process of meat products, which provides a reference for information monitoring of food safety.
