摘要
以南京市为例,在对其保障房建设情况及四大典型保障房片区多中心协同供应情况进行梳理的基础上,利用文献综述法和德尔菲法确定南京市保障房多中心协同供应的使用后评价指标体系及权重,并通过问卷调查对南京市四大保障房片区进行使用后评价(POE),指出南京市保障房多中心协同供应的经验与不足,并提出相应的政策性建议,为国内其他地方的保障房建设提供借鉴。
Taking Nanjing as an example,on the basis of combing the construction situation of the affordable housing and the multi-center cooperative supply situation of four typical affordable housing areas,this paper uses literature review method and Delphi method to determine the post-use evaluation index system and weight of the multi-center cooperative supply of the affordable housing in Nanjing,points out experiences and shortcomings in the multi-center cooperative supply of the affordable housing in Nanjing,proposes the corresponding policy suggestions, in order to provide reference for the construction of affordable housing in other cites of the country.
