摘要
人的全面发展是马克思主义的核心价值和最高命题。改革开放以来,人的全面发展讨论引起了国内学术界的广泛关注,逐渐成为学术界的热点问题。四十年人的全面发展研究大致经历了四个阶段,各个阶段呈现出不同的特点与价值取向。学术界分别从教育学、哲学、政治学及其他学科视角,重点围绕理论内涵、教育、经济、社会、政治、文化等主题对人的全面发展进行研究,积累了丰富的理论成果,达成了许多共识,但也存在理论宏观研究居多,研究内容与研究方法趋同,微观研究和实证性研究较弱等问题。总结梳理四十年的研究,对于全面理解和准确把握人的全面发展具有重要的意义,展望未来研究趋势,人的全面发展研究内容应更加具有时代性、研究方法应更加具有实践性、研究角度应更加具有多元性。
The human comprehensive development is the core value and the highest proposition of Marxism. Since the reform and opening up,the discussion on the human comprehensive development has aroused widespread concern in the domestic academic circles and has gradually become a hot issue in the academic world. The human comprehensive development research of forty years has gone through four stages,and each stage presents different characteristics and value orientations. Domestic academia has actively explored the theory of human comprehensive development from the perspectives of pedagogy,philosophy,politics and other multidisciplinary perspectives,focusing on the theoretical connotation,education,economy,society,politics,culture and other topics,and has accumulated rich theoretical achievements.There are,however,some problems,e. g.,research content and research methods are converging,micro-research and empirical research are inadequate. Summarizing the research over the forty years is of great significance for comprehensive understanding and accurate grasp of people’s comprehensive development. Looking forward to the future research trends,the research content of human comprehensive development should be more contemporary,the research methods should be more practical and the research perspective should be more diverse.
