摘要
目的分析贫血患者血液检验中生化仪的临床应用价值。方法随机选取2014年1月-2016年1月90例贫血患者,将其分为对照组(n=45)与观察组(n=45),对照组予以传统的血液检验方式,观察组利用生化仪进行血液检验,观察两组患者的病理诊断的符合率与临床漏诊率,同时观察两组患者的检验结果与正常结果的比较,并观察两组患者的不良反应。结果观察组病理诊断的符合率为42例(93.33%),明显高于对照组29例(64.44%),观察组临床漏诊率为3例(6.67%),明显低于对照组16例(35.56%),同时观察组患者的血红蛋白(67.8±4.9)g/L、白细胞(4.8±0.4)×10^9/L、血小板(140.7±31.5)×10^9/L,相比于对照组患者更为准确,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论利用生化仪可有效的提升病理诊断的符合率,并降低临床漏诊率,对于贫血患者进行早期治疗具有良好意义,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of biochemical analyzer in blood test of anemia patients. Methods A total of 90 patients with anemia from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly selected. The patients were divided into control group(n=45) and observation group(n=45). The control group was treated with traditional blood test, the observation group was treated with biochemical test. The coincidence rate and clinical missed diagnosis rate of pathological diagnosis of the patients in two groups were observed. Meanwhile, the test results of the patients in the two groups were compared with the normal results, and the adverse reactions were observed. Results The coincidence rate of pathological diagnosis in the observation group was 42 cases(93.33%), which was significantly higher than that in the control group(64.44%). The clinical missed diagnosis rate of the observation group was 3 cases(6.67%), which was significantly lower than that of the control group(35.56%). At the same time, the hemoglobin of the patients in the observation group was(67.8±4.9) g/L,(4.8±0.4)×10^9/L,(140.7±31.5)×10^9/L, which was more accurate than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion The biochemical analyzer can effectively improve the coincidence rate of pathological diagnosis and reduce the missed diagnosis rate. It is of great significance for early treatment of anemia patients, and it has high clinical value.
