摘要
随着社会生产力水平、城市化水平的不断提高,老旧小区的维修改造需求也日趋突显。较新建项目而言,老旧小区改造存在现状复杂、居民诉求多样、可能影响居民日常生活的情况,其实施过程不确定性因素较多,一直是城市管理中亟待解决的课题之一。在此背景下,文章简要分析了老旧小区改造项目推进管理难点及工作建议,根据小区环境及居民结构的不同,因地制宜,依托有利政策条件,多渠道筹措资金,优化实施方案,做好政策宣传,着力推进本项工作,推进城市老旧小区的可持续发展。
With the continuous improvement of social productivity and urbanization level, the demand for maintenance and renovation of old residential areas has become increasingly prominent. Compared with new projects, the existing situation of renovation of old residential areas is complex, residents' demands are diverse and may affect residents' daily life. There are many uncertainties in its implementation process, which has been one of the urgent issues to be solved in urban management. In this context, this paper briefly analyzed the difficulties and suggestions of the management of the old residential areas renovation project. According to the different environment and residential structure of the old residential areas, according to local conditions, relying on favorable policy conditions, multi-channel fund-raising, optimizing the implementation plan, doing well policy publicity, and striving to promote the sustainable development of the old urban residential areas.
