摘要
大黄酸是从传统中药大黄根茎中提取的化合物。据现有研究,大黄酸通过丝裂原活化蛋白激酶、磷脂酰肌醇3激酶-蛋白激酶B、核因子-κB、AMP活化蛋白激酶、过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体等多条信号通路调节糖、脂代谢,改善胰岛素抵抗。深入了解大黄酸对糖、脂代谢分子层面的作用机制,有助于更好地发挥大黄酸的药理作用,为2型糖尿病、肥胖、高脂血症、非酒精性脂肪性肝病等代谢疾病的防治提供新思路及新途径。
Rhein is a compound extracted from the rhizome of traditional Chinese medicine rhubarb. According to the existing researches, rhein regulates glycolipid metabolism and improves insulin resistance through multiple signaling pathways such as mitogen activated protein kinase, phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase-protein kinase B, nuclear factor-kappa B, AMP-activated protein kinase, and peroxisome proliferator activated receptor. A deeply understanding of Rhein on glycolipid metabolism is conducive to better exert its pharmacological role, thus providing new ideas and approaches for the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, obesity, hyperlipidemia and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
