摘要
以定子铁心压装全过程中的铁心垂直度和旋转度控制为要点,阐述了定子铁心采用铁心段外压装技术时影响铁心垂直度和旋转度偏差的因素,提出了相应的解决措施,有效提高了铁心压装质量并缩短了生产周期。
Taking the control of the verticality and rotation degrees of the stator core in the whole process of the stator core stacking as key points, factors affecting the verticality and rotation deviation of the stator core assembled by means of external stacking technology are stated, while the corresponding measures are put forward to ensure the quality of core stacking and shorten the production cycle.
