摘要
目的:探讨康艾注射液和替吉奥胶囊联合调强放疗治疗晚期宫颈癌患者近期疗效及对患者细胞免疫功能和生存质量影响。方法:晚期宫颈癌患者97例随机分为观察组49例与对照组48例。对照组采用顺铂联合调强放疗治疗,观察组在调强放疗基础上结合康艾注射液和替吉奥胶囊治疗。两组患者均以21~28 d为1个化疗周期,连续化疗2~4个周期。比较两组治疗近期疗效,治疗前后生存质量改善情况、细胞免疫功能改善情况和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组近期总有效率为63.27%,高于对照组的41.67%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后生活质量各量表评分较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),观察组CD3^+、CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(36.73%)低于对照组(60.42%)(P<0.05)。结论:康艾注射液和替吉奥胶囊联合调强放疗治疗晚期宫颈癌患者近期疗效明显,且可改善患者细胞免疫功能和生存质量,值得临床借鉴。
Objective:To investigate the short-term efficacy of Kang’ai injection and Tiger’ao capsules combined with intensity modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer and its effects on cellular immune function and quality of life(QOL).Methods:Totally 97 patients with advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into the observation group(49 cases)and the control group(48 cases).The control group was treated with cisplatin combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy,while the observation group was treated with Kang’ai injection and Tiger’s capsules combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy on the basis of the control group.The two groups were with 21-28 d for 1 cycles of chemotherapy and treated with 2-4 cycles for continuous chemotherapy.The short-term curative effect,improvement of quality of life(QOL),improvement of cellular immune function and occurrence of toxic and side effects were compared between the groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(63.27%)was higher than that(41.67%)of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of QOL in the two groups and CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher than those before the treatment(P<0.05);after the treatment,the scores of QOL,CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(36.73%)was lower than that in the control group(60.42%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kang’ai injection and Tiger’ao capsules combined with intensity modulated radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer patients are with obvious short-term effect,and can improve the cellular immune function and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical reference.
