摘要
为研究膨胀石墨负载型环氧沥青混合料在高温及低温下的路用性能,本次试验进行了沥青混合料试件制备,包括试件成型、矿料级配设计与最佳石油比选择,确定试验试件,进而进行高温及低温试验。试验结果表明:相同级配下,由于膨胀石墨的加入,负载型环氧沥青混合料的最佳油石比要大于普通环氧沥青混合料;负载型环氧沥青混合料高温性能优于普通环氧沥青混合料,具有良好的高温性能;采用间接拉伸试验测试负载型环氧沥青混合料的低温性能,发现在低温条件下,负载型环氧沥青混合料的强度大于普通环氧沥青混合料,但变形量略小,劲度模量偏大,具有“强而脆”的特质,因此不建议在低温高寒地区使用。
In order to study the pavement performance of expanded graphite supported epoxy asphalt mixture at high temperature and low temperature,the preparation of asphalt mixture specimens was carried out in this experiment,including specimen shaping,aggregate gradation design and selection of optimal petroleum ratio,then test specimens were determined,and then high and low temperature tests were carried out.The test results show that under the same gradation,due to the addition of expanded graphite,the optimal ratio of oil to stone for the loaded epoxy asphalt mixture is greater than that of ordinary epoxy asphalt mixture;the high temperature performance of the loaded epoxy asphalt mixture is better than that of ordinary epoxy,so it has good high temperature performance;indirect tensile test is used to test the low temperature performance of the loaded epoxy asphalt mixture,and it is found that under low temperature conditions,the strength of the loaded epoxy asphalt mixture is greater than ordinary epoxy asphalt mixture.However,the deformation is slightly smaller,the stiffness modulus is larger,and it has a strong and brittle nature.Therefore,it is not recommended for use in low-temperature and high-cold areas.
