摘要
目前,OEM生产仍是国内企业的主要生产方式,但是很多企业缺少对OEM进行管理的经验和方法。本研究针对委托型、质量管理型、合作型3种OEM管理方式进行了阐述和分析,并提出了相应的解决措施和管理方法,通过委托方对供应商的质量考核设立评分标准,以及对供应商的分数进行筛选,从而提高产品质量合格率,提高了生产效率并降低了生产成本。
At present,OEM production is still one of the main production method of domestic enterprises,but many companies lack the experience and methods of managing OEMs. Three types of OEM management methods in aspects of fully commissioned,quality managed,and closely cooperated were elaborated and analyzed. The corresponding solutions and management methods were also proposed. The assessment scoring standard for the supplier’s quality was established and filtered by the commissioning party with an aim to improve the product quality rate and production efficiency and reduce the production costs.
