摘要 目的优化知黄溃疡合剂的提取工艺。方法以收膏率和盐酸小檗碱提取率为考察指标,采用正交设计法考察提取时间、加水量和提取次数等因素对知黄溃疡合剂水提取工艺的影响,筛选出最佳提取工艺条件。结果经正交试验分析,筛选出的最佳提取工艺为:加8倍量水提取3次,每次1 h,收膏率为51.23%,盐酸小檗碱转移率为52.55%。结论此提取工艺收率较高,合理可行,质量稳定,可作为知黄溃疡合剂的制备工艺。 Objective To optimize of Zhihuang Ulcer Mixture extraction process for treating oral ulcer.Methods With yield of water extract and hydrochloric acid berberine extraction as indexes, orthogonal test is used to investigate factors of water extraction process for mixture, such as extraction time, extraction times and the amount of water, so as to select the best extraction technology conditions. Results The best optimized extraction technology is boiling 3 times with 8 times the amount of water, 1 h per time, then the yield of water extract is51.23 %, moreover the content of hydrochloric acid berberine extraction is 52.55 %. Conclusion Optimized extraction technology of Zhihuang Ulcer Mixture showed high yield of hydrochloric acid berberine extraction, it is reasonable and feasible, meanwhile it could be used as a Zhihuang Ulcer Mixture preparation technology.
