摘要
科技金融与科技创新系统的耦合协调发展对区域经济发展具备强有力的支撑作用。基于中国30个省市2004—2016年的面板数据,构建科技金融系统与科技创新系统的耦合协调度评价指标体系,分析二者耦合协调发展关系的省级差异,并运用空间统计工具,对二者耦合协调度进行空间格局分析。结果表明:①我国科技金融发展与科技创新水平的耦合协调度具有明显的区域差异,近半数省份均处于低度协调以下;②二者耦合协调度呈现出东高西低、南高北低的分布特征;③耦合协调度的空间相关性明显,即存在显著的集聚分布模式,高—高集聚的范围由东部沿海地区逐渐向内陆地区延伸,东、中、西、东北地区的耦合协调度差距逐渐扩大。
The coupling and coordinated development of sci-tech finance and sci-tech innovation system have a strong supporting role for regional economic development. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from2004 to 2016, this paper constructs a coupling degree evaluation index system of sci-tech financial system and sci-tech innovation system, analyzes the provincial differences of their coupling and coordinated development relations, and uses spatial statistical tools to analyze the spatial pattern of their coupling coordination. The results show that: 1) it has significant regional differences in the coupling coordination degree of Chinese sci-tech finance development and sci-tech innovation level, and nearly half of these provinces are below the low-quality coordination;2) The coupling coordination degree presents a characteristic that is lower in northern and western area, higher in eastern and southern area;3) The spatial correlation of coupling coordination degree is significant, that is, an obvious clustering pattern is identified. The range of high-high agglomeration extends from the eastern coastal area to the inland area. The coupling coordination differences are increasing in eastern, central, western and northeastern areas.
