摘要
目的:构建医院药师核心能力的指标体系。方法:采用Delphi专家函询法和层次分析法,建立医院药师核心能力的指标体系。结果:专家函询的判断系数为0.89,熟悉程度为0.87,权威系数为0.88。各级指标的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.31~0.46,χ^2检验P值均小于0.05,具有显著性,专家咨询的协调程度较好。经过三轮函询后,明确了医院药师核心能力的定义,确定了医院药师核心能力的指标体系,包括一级指标6个,二级23个,三级指标114个。结论:采用Delphi法和层次分析法构建的医院药师核心能力指标体系具有较高的权威性和科学性,为医院药师的系统岗前培训、绩效考核和分层培养提供了科学、客观的理论依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish the index system of hospital pharmacists’ core competence. METHODS Delphi method and AHP were used to establish the index system of core competence of hospital pharmacists. RESULTS Judgment coefficient of expert letter inquiry was 0.89. the familiarity degree was 0.87, and the authority coefficient was 0.88. The Kendall coordination coefficient of each index was 0.31-0.46. The P value of chi-square test were all less than 0.05, which were statistically significant, and the degree of coordination for expert consultation was good. After three rounds of letter inquiry, the core competence of hospital pharmacists was clarified, and the index system of hospital pharmacists’ core competence was determined, including 6 first-level indexes, 23 second-level indicators and 114 third-level indicators. CONCLUSION The index system of core competence of hospital pharmacists constructed by Delphi method and AHP has high authority and scientificity, which provides scientific and objective theoretical basis for systematic pre-job training, performance evaluation and stratification training of hospital pharmacists.
