摘要
随着我国房地产行业的迅速发展,房屋测量测绘工程的需要也越来越多,房产测绘测量技术直接关系着房地产工程项目的审核验收和房屋交付,对房地产发展有十分关键的影响。论文主要对房产测量过程和重点进行了探讨。
With the rapid development of the real estate industry in China, more and more housing surveying and mapping projects are needed.The surveying and mapping technology of real estate is directly related to the examination and acceptance of real estate engineering projects and the delivery of houses, which has a very important impact on the development of real estate. This paper mainly discusses the process and key points of real estate surveying.
