摘要 结合沈阳快速路新建长青街跨浑河桥的桥面铺装工程,介绍了钢桥桥面采用ECO改性聚氨酯混凝土铺装结构体系的施工技术。该技术首次在寒冷地区应用,所用材料具有强度高、柔韧性好、高低温性能稳定、施工快速简便等诸多优点,其整体粘结强度、耐磨防水防腐性能、追从性及抗疲劳开裂性能优良,有益于大幅度提高桥面铺装使用寿命。 Combined with the bridge deck pavement project of the newly-built bridge over Hunhe River on Changqing Street of Shenyang express way, the construction technology of ECO modified polyurethane concrete pavement structure system for steel bridge deck is introduced. This technology is first applied in cold area. The material used has many advantages, such as high strength, good flexibility, stable high and low temperature performance, fast and simple construction, etc. Its overall bonding strength, wear resistance, waterproof and anticorrosion performance, compliance and fatigue cracking resistance are good, which will be beneficial to greatly improve the service life of bridge deck pavement.
