摘要
鉴于目前我国对于汽车内部甲醛超标问题的监测方面仍旧存在着漏洞,基于物联网传感平台,以Arduino为控制核心,设计出一种汽车内部环境甲醛气体实时监测系统。通过制造一个基于物联网的甲醛监测器,实现对汽车内部环境甲醛气体实时远距离动态监测,根据UARTOBLOQ软件反馈的数据,结合车内甲醛浓度国家标准,实时动态记录并分析车内甲醛含量。同时将数据发送至无线模块,然后再由其进行打包发送给手机端,在手机端显示甲醛含量数据。本设计通过对一般甲醛检测技术的改良,能够精准地监测汽车内部的甲醛浓度并将数据实时反馈给使用者,避免了传统手持式甲醛检测仪对监测人员造成的伤害。
In view of the loopholes still existed in the monitoring of formaldehyde which exceeds the standard inside the automobiles in China, this paper designs a real-time monitoring system for the formaldehyde gas inside the automobiles based on the sensing platform of internet of things and with Arduino as its control core. By manufacturing a formaldehyde monitor based on internet of things, the real-time and long-distance dynamic monitoring of formaldehyde gas for the interior automobile environment is realized. According to the data feedback from UART OBLOQ software and the national standard of formaldehyde concentration within automobiles, the formaldehyde content in automobiles is dynamically recorded and analyzed in real time. At the same time, the data is sent to the wireless module, and then packaged and sent to the mobile terminal which displays the formaldehyde content data. By improving the general formaldehyde detection technology, the design can accurately monitor the concentration of formaldehyde inside the car and feed back the data to users in real time so as to avoid the damage caused by the traditional hand-held formaldehyde detector to the monitors.
