摘要
以有限元理论为基础,应用有限元仿真软件建立S 拉臂式自卸装置有限元模型,联合多目标优化软件工具,应用遗传算法对拉臂的结构进行优化,得出在工程可行性约束条件下的拉臂设计方案,以提高拉臂性能。对比原始设计、优化结果,发现多目标优化是一种行之有效的改善拉臂设计的方法。
Based on the finite element theory,the finite element model of S-hooklift dump device is established by using the finite element simulation software.Combined with the multi-objective optimization software tool,the structure of the hooklift is optimized by using genetic algorithm,and the design scheme under the constraints of engineering feasibility is obtained to improve the performance of the hooklift.Compared with the original design and optimization results,it is found that the multi-objective optimization is an effective method to improve the design of the hooklift.
