摘要
卓越幼儿教师是当代幼儿园一线最急需的新型教师,对于卓越幼儿教师培养的探索也是教师教育改革发展的迫切问题。本研究从卓越教师的内涵及其价值体现,卓越教师的培养模式、基于教师专业发展的卓越幼儿教师培养的实践探索三方面对如何培养卓越幼儿教师进行分析。
Outstanding preschool teachers are the most urgent new teachers in the front line of contemporary kindergartens.The exploration of outstanding preschool teachers is also an urgent issue in the reform and development of teacher education.Therefore,this study analyzes how to cultivate outstanding preschool teachers from three aspects: the connotation of superior teachers and their value,the training mode of outstanding teachers,and the practical exploration of outstanding preschool teachers’ training based on the professional development of teachers.
